I just wanted to say a big thank you to Vicki for her wonderful job at conducting the training at PFD the past few weeks. The crew have advised me how much they enjoyed the training and that Vicki made it so interesting and enjoyable. They also tell me that Vicki presented the material in a way that they can remember most of what they learnt without having to refer back to the books.  The favourite on the list was the supervisor training; so many on the team learnt so much.

Thank you for the Microsoft 2007 training you have provided for our
Administration Staff.  Your 2007 Word and Excel Program was well planned
and executed.  Previous training efforts have not been as successful - and
this is due entirely to the way in which you have approached the needs of
Black & White Cabs.

Whilst you set out a training calendar, you were always mindful of the
needs of our business.  We operate a busy admin and 24 / 7 call centre for
the Brisbane taxi industry, servicing some 865 taxis, 110 staff, 2,500
drivers and in excess of 20 million passengers annually.  With this comes
inherent issues and unplanned interruptions.

Despite all of that you were able to deliver a program that will offer
long lasting benefits tour staff involved in the program.  I have received
positive feedback from almost all of the staff involved in the program -
all of them have said they will use the insight gained on a daily basis in
areas such as report preparation and e-mail communication.

Thank you for an excellent program - we appreciate your effort and
training skills.
